aircraft damage in assistant options

Hi there I am all about having realistic(ish) damage in game, but since I saw some youtube videos suggesting turning off all those as quite some higher level aircrafts have their own aircraft damage models (Fenix, PMDG etc.), may I ask if the ini A350 use the in sim damage assistant option or have custom ones where I should disable the in sim options?

Disable all of them, they aren't really realistic and don't play nice with any of the 3rd Parties
