Pushback not moving no matter what I try

Whatever I do, I can’t get the plane to move on pushback. Brakes are off, chocks pulled, brakes pressed and released, wiggling the controls, applying thrust, nothing helps. Am I missing something or is this a bug? I am on Xbox and use the built in pushback tool.

Is this on the updated version of the aircraft, additionally can you attach a video, link from google drive or youtube, if unable to upload directly. Thanks.
