Haven't been able to update the Navdata in forever.

I'm on Xbox and I haven't been able to update the Navdata in the A350 for a very long time. I can use the sim default but why can't I use the Navigraph? It worked when it first released. Now it just gets stuck on 46.14/46.49mb. I have tried everything from restarts to cache cleans to uninstalling the plane to doing a complete reinstall of the sim. Nothing works. If anyone has any answers, that would be great.

This is the current cycle, can you show me what your FMS displays on the initialization page for the current data cycle

I have the same issue and I only bought the aircraft two weeks ago. I managed to do a couple of flights at first but then that happened to me. Also can’t use the A350 series at all now because it says about additional content not downloaded and it says about restarting the game and it will be downloaded upon the restart but still comes up with the same message. Therefore it’s currently unflyable  because of these 2 issues.

Same issue here. This is a longstanding issue on the A350 on Xbox.

Hi, so I think what I've gathered the issue into (so I can forward to team); The A350 on Xbox Navigraph Update gets stuck and then will show the current cycle in the OIS and then still is on what, the first airac you used it seems? Feel free to correct me and attach anything need be in a google drive link or youtube link so that both I can better understand the issue and present it to the team. Thanks.

Pretty much but when you go to the CDU import your flight plan it say navdata not correct or up to date. Can't remember what it says word for word. Been away for work for a week. So then I just switch back to default sim navdata because it just keeps getting stuck. Been like this forever.
