RPM at 20.000? Patch bug?

Hi

Was the YS-11 patched recently? I ask because it's acting very strangely. With my power/throttle at 100% I get the ordinary full RPM. But if I reduce power to 50%, the RPM shoots up to 20.000 which is way too high. What on earth happened here?
