ShrekFS Posted April 9 Posted April 9 Hi, It looks like I've just had my first "sim freeze" on my A350 , went away from the flight deck to get a drink and return and noticed my A350 was off course , every single button was unresponsive. I tried to change the heading / speed / altitude and nothing was happening - the FMC was very laggy , I've recorded a video which I've uploaded for you , apologies there's no sound. https://youtu.be/z3ZFCs-PtIU I've also sent a ticket via email to support to officially register this problem along with any logfiles and save files I've read somewhere that you are aware of this and you "think" you know what's causing this and are in direct discussion with Asobo to try and rectify this 1
Pilota459 Posted April 17 Posted April 17 Had a freeze today when approaching Indira Ghandi Airport in the A359 (no cabin) while setting the BTV. 😞 1
FlightSimJack Posted yesterday at 06:24 PM Posted yesterday at 06:24 PM I've had this today. Version 1.2.5 of the A350.
manfredfunco Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Sorry, but welcome to the freeze club. What other addons do you have running? Do you have FSUIPC installed? What throttle/stick are you using?
Skyrock Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago EDDF-RCTP. Version 1.2.5. I reinstalled MSFS 2024, kept the community folder mostly clean. So I was hoping for a happy end at last. Well...Ghost WASM, I suppose. Nothing in the console at least. I was just about to go asleep when I realized I was off course in a slight right bank. Looking at the map it shows that I'm nowhere near the route anymore...
LH430 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Similar situation here today. On my way from LSZH - RKSI, (V 1.2.5) after 6h 15 into the flight just before the chinese border the plane got off the planned course. I tried to correct it with a "direct to" prompt but the FMS did not show any reaction. Tried to disconnect the AP, same result. All attempts to interact with any system of the plane were unsuccessful. I checked the course on Volanta and Navigraph charts and realized that the plane was flying a circle and realized that the chrono wasn´t running anymore. After all, I could not intervene in any way so all I could do was to exit MSFS24 and close another chapter of experience. Besides the usual WASM-Crashs (orange screens) and the usual additional tasks like calibrating the throttle etc. I never had any problems. I successfully completed short-, long- and ultrolong-hauls like WSSS-KEWR - this was a new one. Maybe somebody has made a similar experience and knows the cause of this and has a solution. Btw just FYI I use BATC und FSLTL and ACARS running in the background. Unfortunately no error log of this incident.
