A350-900 Cabin sounds not selectable no more

It would be a problem because of the livery, but I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, and it's no longer selectable. It only works with the 1000 series. I also uninstalled the cabin and all A350-related apps in the app data folder.

Can anyone help?

I'm sorry but what do you mean the sounds are no longer selectable, like the Audio control in the Sounds page of the EFB?

Does the livery you have selected match the language, I am pretty sure this is as designed, where if the user has a Lufthansa livery per say then the aircraft is locked to a German Cabin language.
