Estimated fuel consumption on arrival

Hi,

I flew from Paris to Vancouver (A350-900) and the estimated fuel consumption on arrival was more than 2 tonnes different (much lower than expected). Is that possible?

I’m using Simbrief and the profile available for this aircraft.
