GSX integration - Fuel OK but NO boarding

Hi

I use inibuilds A340 for MS2024 and GSX Pro for MS2024. Both are updated.

I use the EFB to prepare a flightplan wih simbrief. I make sure taht GSX also has the simbrief flightplan loaded.

In the Payload & Fueling page of the EFB, I cllick on Import all from simbrief, make sure that fuel and payloard are populated in PLAN and then click Load with GSX.

GSX starts with refueling, auto-updating LIVE fueling gradually to match PLAN fuel. But after the fuel truck goes, nothing more happens. No loading of passenger/cargo.

My GSX options in the EFB are: 

Integration ON / Notifications ON / Auto import Simbrief ON

GPU connection AUTO / Chocks AUTO / Catering AUTO / Refueling AUTO / Pushback OFF / Deboarding AUTO / Jetways AUTO

What am I doing wrong ?
