A350 fuel problem

I recently brought the a350 on Microsoft flight simulator 2024 and ever since I got it I haven’t been able to change the fuel quantity from 9%. Whenever I change it, it instantly goes back to 9%. I have tried other methods such as putting it on unlimited fuel as a whole but that doesn’t do anything and I don’t know what to do now because ever since I brought the a350 I haven’t been able to use it

Where have you changed the fuel? In the OIS Loadsheet page? There you have to adjust the fuel, not in the MSFS EFB.

I believe it was the EFB I’m only on Xbox so I don’t think I can access the OIS

I used to have this same problem on Xbox. I recommend getting a mouse to use the inibuilds OIS. If not you have to use the controller cursor mode. Click on the load sheet page and there is an options to load your plane with more fuel.

Of course you have the OIS also on XBox.
