Configuring Dzrewiecki Designs KDCA

I have Dzrewicki's KMDW product, which I purchased through another seller, and I have access to the configurator that disables their static aircraft and other options. I recently purchased their KDCA product through your storefront, and I'm not seeing anywhere to change such settings. Is it there, and I'm just not looking in the correct location? Thank you for any assistance in this issue.
