I am using v 1.2.1 for MSFS 2024 Store for PC.

There is almost no heat blur exhaust gas emissions out of the APU.

Anybody getting same?

Removed inibuilds A350 WASM folder. Reinstalled version 1.2.3.

There is still issue with the heat blur out of the APU. Almost non-existing heat blur. What do I need to do to see heat blur in a correct way like PMDG, Fenix etc do?

The APU is as designed, in some cases one's could consider Fenix and PMDG to be exaggerated. I have a friend who works at an airport who sent me this video showing a 320ceo running it's APU and the exhaust effects compared against the tower in the background where the blur only really becomes distinct when zoomed in, hope this helps.
