Matteo11 Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Hello, i am having a problem which i have tried to fix but í cannot find a solution. When I want to use the 350-1000 with any livery including the white base livery and I spawn in at a gate(no metter if big or small, on apron or with jet bridge) I cannot enter the cockpit. I can take the engine covers and pitot covers off but neither does the "enter the cockpit" button at the bottom near the efb toggle button or the strg+c shortcut does work. This is only happening on the -1000 version, on the -900 version everything works including the strg+c shortcut. does someone know why this is happening? thanks in advance!
IniJamir Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Hi, It's possible something didn't initialize properly for the 1000 on loading that did for the 900, I recommend clearing the WASM Folder via the steps provided below and then relaunch both aircraft, return to menu after initializing both, then load back into the 1000. Let me know if this works, thanks.
Matteo11 Posted February 21 Author Posted February 21 Hello, I have eliminated the Wasm folder as instructed. I have also extracted all the liveries. Then I loaded the sim and spawned in the with a350-1000 with no cabin. It worked! Then I got to the menu and selected the a350-900 in white and selected another airport and it didnt work as you can see in the picture. I have tried it several times with various airports and gate sizes and it does not work. I have also tried closing and reopening the sim and also pressing the button to enter the aircraft and the shortcut. In the first pic you see that the a350-1000 is working and in the second not. Do you know what the problem is? I had not loaded any liveries in the sim at that point. Thank you for your help in advance!
IniJamir Posted Sunday at 04:41 AM Posted Sunday at 04:41 AM If this is still the case than something might have corrupted with the install, I'd suggest reinstalling the aircraft.
Matteo11 Posted Sunday at 10:08 AM Author Posted Sunday at 10:08 AM I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, also I have deleted the wasm folder before relaunching and it didn't work. First I spawned in the a350-1000 and it worked but when I spawned in the 350-900 it didn't work. What I have understood is that the aircraft that creates the wasm folder will work but the other type will not work.
IniJamir Posted Monday at 04:05 PM Posted Monday at 04:05 PM Hi, Unfortunately if it still does not function following those steps I can refer to you to contacting direct support as their team has a better handle on these sort of unique situations. Thank you for understanding and sorry for the inconvenience https://inibuilds.com/pages/contact
bilotte Posted Wednesday at 08:59 AM Posted Wednesday at 08:59 AM I've had the same problem since yesterday with the A350 - 900; the Ctrl-C shortcut no longer appears and no longer works.

Do you have a controller that you can plug in and use, if so on Xbox the default command to enter the aircraft is LB + B, let me know if this works, thank you.
bilotte Posted yesterday at 01:51 PM Posted yesterday at 01:51 PM No, I have a PC version with a Honeycomb PC controller.
bilotte Posted yesterday at 01:52 PM Posted yesterday at 01:52 PM sorry .... No, I have a PC version with a Honeycomb PC controller.
IniJamir Posted yesterday at 04:23 PM Posted yesterday at 04:23 PM that's okay, if possible, try binding something on the Honeycomb to the Enter Aircraft binding
Matteo11 Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago Hello, I have now resolved the issue and I wanted to share the solution for everyone. You have to spawn into the aircraft which works (my case -1000) on the runway. Then go to the keyboard controls and select "apply to all aircraft" than it should work normally. The reason is that in my case for some unknown reason the key binding shift+c in the -900 deleted it self and therefore I couldn't enter. By doing as I explained it applies the key binding also on the type which doesnt work (-900 in my case).
