SUPPORT REQUESTED 2nd Request: a340-300 / WINWING MCDU Periodic Freezing

Ini support, I have been very patient but now three months into release this longstanding problem needs to be addressed or at least formally acknowledged.  

The facts are simple from my POV.  Both Fenix and FSLabs have Airbus models that take advantage of three pieces of hardware from WinCTRL, an EFIS, an FCU and most importantly an MCDU. Using their proprietary software, SimApp Pro, the Fenix and FSLabs planes interface to all three pieces of hardware reliably with no freezing or issues.  Only ini has the issue described in the title and it has been long enough now that some formal programmatic resolution is needed to be delivered by Ini.  

Early in this journey Ini clearly stated on multiple occasions that they had not addressed the MCDU with a change to software and that when they did it would be documented in the change logs.  Well so far, no change log documentation so taking ini at its word I must assume that nothing has been done yet to resolve this, leading one to ask, when will it be addressed or at least acknowledged?

It’s time to step up to the plate and resolve this.  Thank you,
