Mandretti Posted January 15 Posted January 15 I purchased the 2024 TFDI Design MD-11 yesterday but cannot successfully activate. The status on your installation process says it's installed, but the actual TFDI install application produces an error after I paste the provided activation code into the install window. The error is "Activation Failed" "Unable to verify activation code. Please check your internet connection and try again" My internet connection is fine, and I'm not seeing any firewall issues. I have rebooted my PC multiple times, restarted IniManager, uninstalled, reinstalled the MD-11 (according to IniManager). I have contacted TFDI support but they have not provided a solution. I'm checking here in case there are known issues with the installation activation process when going through IniManager. Thank you for any help you can provide.
pete_auau Posted January 15 Posted January 15 the only thing i can think off is that i bought it directly from tdfi is that when copying the number you mite have missed one letter or number, if all else fails try typing the numbers in mite take abit longer
Mandretti Posted January 15 Author Posted January 15 That makes sense - but I used their built-in copy and paste so that shouldn't be an issue, and if it is, they (inibuilds) should know about it. TDFI support is working on it. I did notice that buying it from Inibuilds is about $20 more expensive than buying directly - I wish I had done that in retrospect. Thanks for responding. 1

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our store team through Direct Support. Please include screenshots of what you're experiencing on both the iniManager and TFDi application for reference.
