January 14Jan 14 Im experiencing consistant WASM crashs when entering arrival information when aircraft is airborne. When I selected runways and STARs before descent, the system froze instantly. However, the same arrival operations worked perfectly fine when performed on the ground. So currrently, I have to enter my arrival data before takeoff. -It happens at multipel airports and with different runways and STARs. -Clearing WASM cache does NOT resolve the issue. -This issue only occurs when aircraft is airborne, arrival modifications on ground are stable.
7 hours ago7 hr I've had this issue today. Was approaching destination after transatlantic flight. As soon as i selected rwy of approach, many many yellow lines converged on destination (from temp plan).During that time fps dropped to around 5. To register click on FMC i had to hold it for a few secs.When i hit insert TMPY WASM crashed, all systems seem to have become unresponsive.
