December 30, 2025Dec 30 The runway is very bumpy, and the cockpit camera is all over the screen when taking off. Are there any fixes?
January 24Jan 24 To add to this, when taking off on runway 5, it blows every tyre of the Hot Start Challenger 650, producing about 100 X-Plane notifications that take minutes to clear off the screen.
February 1Feb 1 I checked with the Hot Start developer and they informed me the mesh for this airport has some problems, hence the tyres blowing. The aircraft also seems to load up at the gate with its front wheel at 90degrees. Would be good to get an update from the scenery developer.
April 22Apr 22 As there is no update here, and probably never will be, I advise anyone with this problem to download muxp and create a correctly profiled version of the runway based on published elevation data.

What is muxp and have you had a better experience having used muxp for this scenery?
3 hours ago3 hr Hey, I haven't actually got around to it yet, but I will next time I use this airport.Muxp is a tool that allows you to make mesh adjustments. It has a bit of a learning curve but it's not too bad once you get the hang of it (although it is both alpha and abandonware, so stability varies, but it's really useful). Here's a link:GitHubGitHub - nofaceinbook/muxp: Mesh Updater X-PlaneMesh Updater X-Plane. Contribute to nofaceinbook/muxp development by creating an account on GitHub.You'd use the cut_spline_segment tool to re-profile the runway, probably using some elevation data from a Navigraph chart or something. If you don't want to experiment with it, when I get around to it I'll share the .muxp file here and you should be able to just apply it.
