Navdata refuses to install

Hello, i got the a340 today and went to install navdata, i pressed on it in the EFB and it did nothing, i then went to the navigraph hub, reinstalled it and it still did nothing. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

SOLVED

I solved it my disconnecting and re-adding my navigraph account in the EFB. Then it was able to download.
