Fans still aren’t spinning after update on Xbox

As stated in the title and previously discussed here: 

 

after 1.1.9 the problem persists. 
A350 1.1.9, msfs2024 SU4 on Xbox Series X, plane is installed not streamed.

Marketplace says 1.1.9 but the IOS panel shows 1.1.8. My engines are also not spinning but that’s due to the fact I’m still on the older version apparently? Is this a caching problem? (Specs, Xbox X, streaming)

I have the same situation. I do not know how to update 1.1.9 on xbox
