Sorry to be rude but my patience is exhausted now,waiting patch after patch...

All the issues reported get worse or we get newer issues after a new patch is coming...

The same with the A340 with very easy glitches to fix wich lacking makes inmersion worse....(Wipers dont remove raindrops,no EFB real checklist,WASM error red displays).

I think your bussines is airports developing to be honest.....

Send a private email to their support team instead of going so rude on their forums. 

They delivered a good addon. Thanks to their continued support. They are trying their best. No addon is 100%.

We do not offer refunds on digital purchases, however, you can reach out to support and plead your case there.

As for "this piece of crap", what exactly makes it that? Is your concern only the "EFB checklist" that I see you have mentioned a few times here? 
I understand if your request isn't fulfilled it may be frustrating, however, in what world does that make the product a piece of crap? Especially with the last 3 updates, users have seen incredible performance gains, for example. 

We would love to help if you tell us what exactly your issue is, but this is absolutely not the way to go about it.

With the a350 failures like crz pressure indication appearing again??????,and the screens not showing correctly are ok for you?.
