Scenery options missing

Featured Replies

Specifically EGLL.  When I install for MS2024 I have multiple options in inimanager that allow switching such as detail scenery or clutter on and off.   This is when the scenery has just been installed.  If I go back into inimanager later to tweak them further they are missing, I have to uninstall and reinstall the scenery to get the options back and then the process repeats.

Is there a solution to this please?

Hello,

Please try clearing your cache folders found in %appdata%/Local & /Roaming.

Let me know if that makes a difference.
Thank you

I cleared my caches and that seems to have worked thank you.

I have discovered a different issue in the process, ive noticed EGKK and EGLL arent generating scenery index files in FS24.  The scenery is in the community folder and it works and im unsure if its a problem that they havent generated those files, all my other scenery does?

Advice appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks for your patience.

That is not an issue, as recent Sim Updates have altered what needs to be indexed versus what can be stored in the rolling cache. As a result, not all scenery will have this data generated in the future.

Thanks!
