CTD when loading a new livery without clearing WASM

After 1.1.8 update, I now have to clear the WASM after adding a new livery to the community folder in order for the aircraft to load successfully at the gate. The sim loads as expected, and I am able to choose which aircraft and livery I want, but then after clicking Fly Now, and the loading screen appearing, the sim crashes.

This occurs with default ini liveries, updated ini airline liveries, and updated 3rd party liveries in both -900 and -1000. Default and 3rd party airports are equally affected.

If I clear the WASM before loading into the sim, everything goes according to plan. I have attached the latest event log in the hope that this can shed some light.

Excatly this happens with my one as well MSFS2020.
