D Dragon Posted November 23 Posted November 23 I am unable to download the latest A350 version (or any other item it seems) via Inimanager - download requests go to queued status and do not ever start downloading (see attached). Please advise as the eliminates my ability to either obtain updates or new purchases.
alexaquino Posted November 24 Posted November 24 I purchased the A350 but I’m unable to download it. When I try to start the download, it stays in the “queued” state indefinitely and never proceeds to actually start downloading. No error message appears — it simply doesn’t move forward. Could you please check my order and help me resolve this issue? I can provide the order ID, account email, or any other information you may need.
Stephan Baumann Posted November 24 Posted November 24 Hello together, ...have thesame issue. best regards Stephan
Eddie Posted November 24 Posted November 24 Hello all, Can you confirm if deleting the cache folders makes any difference? Can be found under %appdata%/Local & /Roaming Thank you EddieCommunity Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
flyandive Posted November 26 Posted November 26 (edited) Same issue. Initially app didn't launch, which is a very common problem I have with inimanager. Was able to open a previous version but app was unresponsive, i.e. nothing was clickable. Deleted the cache folders in %AppData%\Roaming\iniManager. Couldn't find any cache folders in %AppData%\Local\iniManager. App then crashed when opened. Uninstalled app and deleted inimanager cache again. Re-installed app which then launched fine. Now I have the current problem that everyone above is having. A350 just goes into a que. Closed app, deleted cache folders again, tried downloading A350 again, same problem. Edit: Finally got it to work. I uninstalled the app then deleted ALL if the inimanager folders in all locations. Reinstalled, had to setup everything from scratch and it didn't recognize some of the products I had already installed, but I was able to download and install the A350.
