A-ICE ICE DETECTED Bug or error

Is anyone encountering the issue from below? 

I get the message A-ICE ICE DETECTED

I'm following the steps from below

 

And I get ICE NOT DETECTED.

I am at FL250 and still getting it .

TAT? SAT? What was around airframe?

I've had this same happen too. The aircraft warns for icing conditions and enabling the engine anti-ice immediately results the ICE NOT DETECTED message.
