No Door 1 Stairs

I have a totally new computer, never installed GSX.  When I select Door 1 stairs, the door opens but no stairs appear ?

Can anyone else say if they are getting stairs positioned at door 1 left when selected in the tablet ?

The default stairs are very misaligned. See my previous post:

Thanks, I thought it was just me.

I read somewhere in the past it was a conflict with GSX, but as mentioned in my OP I have never installed GSX on this computer.
