- On Ground display TIME and not UTC

- On Ground OVHD line has to be dashed. As it displays the last sequenced WPT. On Ground nothing was sequenced. But TO line remains with 1900 in this case.

1.04: still open and new one:

On GRond/Empty FMS:

- TIME not UTC

- all dashes white

- UTC/TIME only 4 dashes

- OVHD, TO, NEXT and DEST should have 7 dashes

- EFOB should have just 5 dashes

- line 4: ---°/--- has to be one column right
