TR58 Posted November 7, 2025 Posted November 7, 2025 I got this weird issue with the A340, that causes the rudders to steer the aircraft the exact opposite direction during taxi above 30 knots. Very frustrating during take off roll, when trying to keep it on the centerline. Makes it impossible to takeoff, without steering off the runway completely. Actual bug, or is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
Warper Posted Monday at 11:29 PM Posted Monday at 11:29 PM Same here. I assume this is a bug and that occurs when using the rudder as a tiller; I don't have a dedicated tiller, so I use the pedals.

Another user had this issue, and we determined they had an unexpected axis conflict reversing their inputs. My recommendation would be to setup a fresh controller profile for your rudders specifically for use with this aircraft.

I use Spad and the profile is specific to the Inibuilds A340; that profile isn't used on any other aircraft, each one has its own, and the MSFS2024 controls aren't used.
