When we disconnect a hydraulik system the indication shows "ISOL". But when I connect again the "ISOL" remains and the Valve is still closed ?

Forget it. It seems the reconnection on air is not part of these simulation.

The Hydraulic Isolation switches are irreversible in flight. They must be reset on the ground by maintenance. See FCOM DSC-29-20 P 6/16:

This is why it's guarded - once you press it, you can't un-press it.

I did take 15 min to see if I could find this FCOM with google, but it seems to be something not easily found. Kindly elaborate where this ground maintenance procedure is or how I can reset. I don't see anything in the OIS or under maintenance.

You need to restart the flight to reset these switches.

I just want to clarify that just as in real life, these switches are irreversible, once they are pressed, they cannot be unpressed! In reality, it requires maintenance personnel to reset the hydraulic isolation valves on the ground manually. The pilot cannot, on the ground or in the air, reset these switches themselves.
