The RADNAV Page doesnt work properly. When manually inserting a correct VOR frequency. The RADNAV Page will just always point to the closest VOR.

Making it impossible to use another VOR. Please fix this. Makes it impossible to do certain Non-Precision approaches.

Since when? Rawdata approaches are only flown when all else fails. As long as you have a working FMC you fly VOR and NDB approaches through the FMC and not the Needles from the RAD/NAV page.

Okay but have you tried entering a different VOR frequency other than the Auto Selected VOR's in VOR1 or VOR2 ?

I've done this a few times, but I entered the Navaid ID and not the frequency-- you may have to precede it with a "/"  like "/112.3" if you are entering a frequency only-- that is definitely true with the ILS hard tune entry.
