BIG SHAME ON THIS AIRCRAFT

Hello Support,

I hope you’re doing well.
I’m writing this message with great sadness and growing frustration, because every time I see the same issues coming back, it truly angers me.

I see that you’re developing many new aircraft, adding new liveries and variants to the ones already in progress — but do you realize that your A350 is still completely bugged? It doesn’t respond properly to inputs on the touchscreen when trying to enter flight data. Its performance is extremely heavy for no reason, and it’s impossible to properly prepare a flight plan without having to double-click just to validate a simple option.

For example, if I want to open the FMS1 page, I have to click twice before it reacts. That’s unacceptable. It’s an absolute shame that such an expensive aircraft has been left in this state, and yet it’s clearly not a priority in your updates.

I honestly don’t understand why there hasn’t been a single update yet.
I cannot recommend anyone to buy this aircraft at this point — and that’s coming from someone who truly loves the real A350. In real life, it’s a magnificent, incredible plane, always a pleasure to fly. But in this version, it’s just completely broken.

Please, if you have an update planned, make this one your top priority — because this situation is unacceptable. It’s simply not possible that we’re flying a completely bugged aircraft that costs as much as a brand-new controller you’d buy in a store.

It’s really sad — deeply sad — that in 2025, developers can create amazing airplanes but then leave them unfinished, thinking everything works fine just because it might run better on PC. But no, it’s not fine — especially on Xbox, where this aircraft is a mess.

The A350 could have been perfect. It’s such a cool aircraft. But the same problems keep happening again and again, and they only seem to be fixed when you decide to fix them — maybe in 2030, who knows?

So I’ll say it clearly: I strongly advise Xbox players not to buy this aircraft right now. Don’t buy it. It’s fully bugged.

I’ve already reported the touchscreen issue once — you said it might be fixed, but it’s not. And another major problem is that with the current texture issues affecting the game (which both Xbox and PC players are facing), the A350 becomes even worse: the plane freezes midair, the engines randomly shut down and restart on their own — it’s chaos.

Honestly, this is a disaster.
I’m seriously worried about the upcoming update 4 — really worried.

I can't confirm your problems on PC.

I really don't understand, what you are talking about. There are definitely several bugs in the A350, but none of the ones you mentioned. At least not on a well configured system.

He mentions simming on XBox. I guess there have been no updates since the XBox version got released and he missed the fact that the PC version had about 12 Updates since release and all of them ended up in the XBox version.

There is a tag "PC", and the discussed topics do not occur on PCs. 

It is ok to discuss bugs, solutions or workarounds. But uncontrolled gossiping is not very helpful.

If you're on pc you won't have the same bug as on xbox because even if it's the same updates it's not the same platform

And of course I'm not crazy to say bugs that don't exist because before the SU3 there was no problem there, I specify!
