Persisting TCAS warnings

I thought had been fixed in a previous update, but it seems to have shown up again. There are persistent TCAS warnings even when there isn't a plane nearby. 

It's either an erroneous trigger or its not cancelling?

Can confirm the same issue. It is usually triggered by traffic in the general area, but not close enough to trigger TA/RA.

First time got this issue after updating to 1.1.8. Flight on VATSIM network, no traffic in the vicinity. Not possible to reset indication changing to other system, turning whole TCAS off, neither logging off VATSIM.

Still got the same issue in 1.1.8. I had a real TCAS alert in close proximity with another aircraft on VATSIM, before we got separated by ATC. After that incident,  I was flying 15 nm behind that same aircraft in the same direction with similar ground speed, and it was still giving me intermittent collision alerts, telling me to climb, the traffic symbol for the other aircraft turning red.
