I raised a support ticket (49220) in this respect back in August and was assured by email stating, "Hello
 
There is no account under “judestor” which is banned"

However, when i try to access your discord server, I get this response:

I am a paying customer, having purchased two of your aircraft and therefore do not understand why i cannot access your discord, particularly for support etc.

Would you please look in to this matter for me.

Hello, getting same error here. I'm also a costumer since X-Plane 11 but can't access the Discord server. Can you help?

Hi! If you can’t access the iniBuilds Discord, it’s likely due to an expired or limited invite link. Try asking iniBuilds support for a fresh invite, clear your Discord cache, or join from another device. Also, ensure your Discord account hasn’t reached the 100-server limit. Providing your username and order details to support usually resolves it quickly.
