Interior fuel pump sounds disappear when changing views

Description of bug - when changing views from inside > outside > back to inside, the fuel pump sounds disappear from the cabin.

Steps to reproduce:

- Power up plane

- Switch on all fuel pumps

- Move to an overwing cabin view - you can clearly hear the pumps

- Switch to outside view

- Switch back to overwing cabin view - the pumps are no longer audible. If you cycle the pump switches in the cockpit, the sounds will return.
