Phlogopite Posted Sunday at 01:59 AM Posted Sunday at 01:59 AM (edited) Hi all, At night, even with the dome lights on (even in storm mode), the overhead remains pitch black. Agreed, the dome lights are not shining directly on the overhead, but the reflection on the whole cockpit would make it a least somewhat illuminated. That would help us better see the position of the switches during cockpit preparation of night flights. This would probably not be a high priority improvement, but still nice to have. I also use the opportunity of this post to give you a more general feedback. Overall, I very much enjoy this plane. Beautiful graphics, systems could see some improvements but are perfectly good enough for a normal flight (considering it is a version 1.0.0), I very much like the feeling of the flight model during landing, and, most important for me, the performance are excellent for such quality on my mid to low-end system. I hope these positive aspect could be transferred to a potential A340-500 ans 600. 😉 Best greetings Edited Sunday at 03:41 AM by Phlogopite
Peter Posted Sunday at 02:06 AM Posted Sunday at 02:06 AM The 600 is being done by toliss/ Aerosoft. Fselite , friend
Phlogopite Posted yesterday at 10:06 AM Author Posted yesterday at 10:06 AM I know. But maybe iniBuilds can propose an expansion for the current A340-300 at a cheaper price than a full standalone - and study-level - add-on, and potentially with better graphics than aerosoft. The idea was also to suggest the A340-500 (the best looking airliner IMO). Anyway, iniBuilds has much better idea than myself about the potential of such an expansion. But that was just a small off-topic wishful thinking, not the point of the post.
Eddie Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Hello, Thank you for the kind words! Our first update is packing a punch and should be available soon; one of the change-log items should address the dome light issue. 🙂We'll revisit the whole -600 idea after the Aerosoft/Toliss project is out. Thank you for your continued support. Happy flying! 🙂 EddieCommunity Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
