Hi, can someone help me please, it's regarding the Autopilot switch on the A310. When I disingage the Autopilot, I get 3 chimes that continue to repeat. How do I turn these of without having to turn the Autopilot back on again. Is their a correct way to disingage the Autopilot?

You need to press it twice.

That's the button marked CMD ?

The red button on the yoke disconnects the autopilot.
