RMI selector knob issue (2020)

[Capybara Netaro]

The RMI selector knob rotates inaccurately.
The information below suggests there should be four stop positions, but in reality the knob rotates irregularly and occasionally jumps.
To operate it, place the pointer over the RMI knob on the screen and rotate it with the mouse wheel.
