Unable to activate Flight Plan A350 - all versions

Hi everyone,

When loading a flight plan via Navigraph or through Flt Ops menu, the system accepts the FP initially then kicks it out with telling me I've entered the aircaft type as a B 738 - but the type in all cases is entered correctly as an A350....Not very well explained as I'm pretty new to this flight planning mularky!!

Any help would be appreciated!!
