GTN650 WTT compatible

Featured Replies

Hi Team,

Apologies I already posted this in the "Suggestions" section, however not sure if that is the correct place so posting again here.

Are there any plans to make the GTN650 (PMS50) in the F406 WTT compatible?

Hi ianf,

I'm not from the team, but I find the GTN650 works fine... Is there a specific issue for you? Happy to help if I can.

Hi Mawingo, The GTN650 does work, however without the WTT integration there is missing functionality, such as VNAV and Vectors to Final. I did ask the question on the PMS50 discord forum and was told by one of the developers that they had provided all the details to inibuilds and it was now up to inibuilds to implement the WTT functionality.

OK, thanks for your reply. So far, I use GPS mainly for VFR but you're asking for a bit more than that. Understand where you're coming from, but unable to assist, regrettably. PMS50 perhaps? Best regards and happy landings.

It would be nice to ass the WTT Fuctionality in the aircraft for the GTN as this aircraft comes with aerial survey and SAR Models. Could be nice to have the functionality of the SAR Modes on the GTN when flying
