Hello the a330-300, a330-200 and the a320 all have stuttering after su3 and 5he macdu do not load the flight plan via simbrief. It's impossible to fly. Could you help me? Thank you. Carlos

Please try the following: 

As for the Simbrief issue, please ensure you have correctly put your ID into the EFB. You can try either ID (numbers) or username (letters) if one or the other fails.
