Installation issues with aircraft on MSFS20

Hi,
I purchased the aircraft yesterday and I’m currently having issues using it in MSFS 2020.

I’ve installed the aircraft through iniManager, but when I open the sim, the aircraft doesn’t show up. If I restart my computer, iniManager even says the aircraft is not installed anymore. I’ve tried reinstalling, but the issue persists.

I would really appreciate your help in resolving this. Let me know if you need any logs or additional information.

Thanks in advance!

Same here i bought the aircraft yesterday and installed in FS2020. I managed to fix it by moving the aircraft folder from the “packagescontent” folder which would have been installed in the community folder into the community folder directly. The packagescontent folder is useless so just move the a350 folder outside of it.

you may also experience another issue in-game which is engines thrust does not exceed 1% when starting up. Not sure if this is got to do with the faulty installation procedure or not- i did not find a solution for it yet.

Thanks a lot, your solution worked perfectly!

By the way, I didn’t have the thrust issue you mentioned  everything runs fine on my side.

Really appreciate the help
