A350 OIS in the real aircraft

Hi, 

First I am new to MSFS2024 & A350 so my question is maybe... basic

What part of the OIS simulated in the A350 is similar to the one in the real aircraft? All what deals with simulation is not in the real aircraft (well... I hope ;-)) but for the remaining part? Is it the same features & interface?

It would nice to have the maps (SID, STAR, approaches, APT) of the OIS synchronised with the ones selected in the FMS. But maybe it is not because it is not like this in the real aircraft?
