SU3 1.5.23 Re-Arm, Repair and Refuel stuck on 100 percent

Nothing happens after it reaches 100 percent. Weapons still empty, mission manager just stuck unless I cancel the mission or resupply. If I start the request again, when it reaches 100 percent it gets stuck again.

This is the 2nd issue ive posted here.... no response for the first one. Does anyone read these?

Apologies for missing your first post, will go take a look.
As for this issue, are you observing the same problem on the stable environment (SU2)? We usually do not recommend using betas. We'll take a look regardless but please confirm whether or not this happens in SU2.

Yes, same exact thing happens in SU2. I switched to SU3 to see if it fixed it and did not. Then went back to SU2 and its still the same. I also uninstalled through the IniManager and reinstalled on both SU2 and 3 and still can't resupply or refuel or repair. It gets to 100 percent and then nothing happens. When its working right I can see the missiles and rockets reloading on the Weapons page and also physically on the aircraft, but nothing happens throughout the reloading process.

Any update on my issue?? it's been a week since this reply. I answered your question , it happens on SU2 and 3. I'd appreciate a reply and even more , a solution. I paid for an aircraft with features that don't work.

August 9th was my first attempt at reaching out to the support team. I answered the questions on the 10th. It is now the 22nd of August.  You people need to do better. This will be the last Kwikflight Product I am buying.

Hi there,

Apologies for the delay. Missed your replies entirely. Checking with the team what the issue could be and will get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
Can you also please confirm you have no MSFS assists turned on? If yes, disable them and let me know if said issue still happens. Same thing about having any binds that may be conflicting.

It doesn't matter if assists are on or off. Unlimited fuel on or off. Helicopter assists on or off. It happens either way. Now that SU3 is released, it still happens everytime. It used to work, prior to the 2nd SU3 beta. After that it hasn't worked since.

So no support whatsoever in almost a month for my issue, other than apologies for missing posts and no FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER. Ridiculous and unprofessional. This is how the customers are treated, with faulty products and no support.Great.
