I'm doing the corect procedure by selecting plan and then the zoom then wait for the map to load.

Once loaded the map just moves around the ND display eventually you can stop it, then when clicking the relvant runway to SET LDG RWY it will not work again this has been an ongoing issue since various updates have been published?
