EFB Does not initialize after latest update

Hello,

When I turn on batteries to the aircraft, the EFB does not initialize (I have sat and waited long enough for the IRS to align, still nothing). I have tried clicking, etc.. did a re-install of the plane and still have the issue. 

 

Any thoughts on a fix for this? Was working fine before the latest update.
