How to reset situations?

I've tested 3 situations at the bottom of the screen (funny how the restrained pax moans). However, I've loaded the sim again and used the same aircraft for my back flight. I can't use these situations anymore (see printscreen). How to reset them?

Were you on the ground when you took the screenshot ?

Is it the same when you are at high altitude ?

I was on air when I took the screenshot. I didn't check the state on ground
