No sound in external view

I don't have any sound in external view, I'm attaching a video link as recommended by Joshua. Currently running Version V1.0.12 in MSFS2020

Hello,

There are a number of steps that can be taken here to root out the issue. First is to make sure your sliders in the OIS audio-section are not zeroed. 

Please also give this guide a look: 

If none of these are solutions, please reinstall the aircraft entirely as well as clear your WASM folder. This will unfortunately reset OIS settings as well as take longer on initial-load as experienced with new updates. Reinstalling will rule out any corrupt files. 

If all else fails, please let me know and we'll take another look.

Evening Eddie, thanks for your response.

I don't actively use headphone simulation (having just checked, it's actually greyed out) , and all my sliders are set to default from installation as can be seen here. 

I will add, it's not all the time the sound disappears, my previous flight was fine.

I submitted the video here as Joshua Feltimo said that you needed a video of this issue.

That is indeed odd. I would recommend a reinstall as that most likely will resolve it.
Also just to make sure, are you having this issue with any other aircraft?

No, I don't have this issue with any other aircraft, I've just updated to V1.1.0, so I will keep tabs on it as see if it does it again.

I have the same problem with 1.1.8 version

Still a problem with v1.20. There are external engine sounds but they are much quieter then flightdeck sounds. In flight I just hear a quite aero sound (not the default wind noise).

All sound sliders in OIS are at maximum, headphone simulation is off).
