Issues when selecting ILS or RNAV 28 at LSZH

Selecting the ILS 28 or RNAV 28 leads to the runway fix not being loaded. It ends at RAMEM (FAF) and it shouldnt be like that. Runway 14 works just fine

This is ILS 14 (loaded ok with runway fix in green)

Here it ends at RAMEM for ILS 28 for some reason and it shouldn't be like that and the runway fix is in blue (RNAV 28 gives the same issue)

Similar thing is happening with me with the latest cycle, 

ELVO1M into 23R at EGCC does the same, and also doesnt have the correct vertical profile, and if followed, ploughs you into the ground 15 miles from the runway.
