KPSP Palm Springs "upgrade"-offer of MSFS 2024 Marketplace identical to MSFS2024-"enhanced"-version?

Hello Inibuilds-Support,

since some weeks in MSFS 2024 an "2024-Upgrade" is offered in the Microsoft Marketplace. Is this identical to the "KPSP-Palm-Springs"-"enhanced" version of the Inibuilds store?
