OIS Charts

Is there possible to have a button on the OIS Charts menu that allows us to reset zoom so the whole chart is visible (like fit page on a PDF reader)? The circular icon does not do this.

Also there is a delay when clicking charts and viewing (LIDO)? Is there a reason for this.
