Recurrent Crash for Transatlantic Flights

Does anyone else get recurrent crash to desktop CTDs when trying to complete a transatlantic flight? Particularly when the aircraft gets to around Boston area

I have attached a save config for the preceding minutes, but it is only reproducible if you start a flight on the ground in the USA and try to fly to Europe.

This has happened on multiple flights for both the -900/-1000 starting from different airports and on either direction
