romeokilo Posted Wednesday at 03:13 PM Posted Wednesday at 03:13 PM (edited) The a359 with cabin and without cabin now work, both pilots are also visible in drone\external view.. Nothing i can do with the a35k copilot position so it is left as vanilla. Edited 20 hours ago by romeokilo
Karkass Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago (edited) It doesn't work for me. I tried to do it before. The administrator answered like this -"It is a bug between the variant presets and the modular simObjects system in FS2024 sometimes reading/not reading the right data which we are working on ironing out, and the result is very unpredictable as of now as the position is different between loads. Just because it doesn't pop up as resolved in the next hotfix, does not mean we are not dedicated to continuously exploring and working towards a resolution to the issue, both internally and logging the issue with the developers of the simulator. Rest assured that we are on it regardless." I'm waiting for the problem to be solved. In the meantime, a request to the administrator - seat the copilot in 350-900, there are more of these liveries and flights. Thank you! Edited 23 hours ago by Karkass
Stroman81 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Thank you for the fix, I agree that having a copilot in the cockpit adds to the immersion. However, after copying the files I seem to have lost my cabin completely? Could you check this?
frank_m Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago (edited) I took a closer look in the files, and you messed up several things. In particular the \inibuilds-aircraft-a350\SimObjects\Airplanes\A350\presets\inibuilds\A350-900\config\attached_objects.cfg seems to be the file from the no-cabin version, not the right one. In \inibuilds-aircraft-a350\SimObjects\Airplanes\A350\attachments\inibuilds\Function_Interior_A359_Pilot\navigation_graph\navigation_graph_pilot.cfg the position of the pilot makes no sense, it seems to be the one from the A35K. Karkass Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago In my opinion, everything is going wrong here. Without belittling your merits as a programmer, you or I in the past are trying to "fix" a product that a team of professionals creates and sells to us. I wrote the administrator's response. There is no need to come up with options. We were told that the problem will be solved - it means it will be solved. We are waiting.
